Mobile Wallet Tracker

The syndicated report “Mobile Wallet Tracker” takes YouGov’s expertise in researching low incidence groups and turns it into a quarterly report looking at user attitudes and the potential in the contactless payment market.

Although the focus of the report is on contactless payments through the medium of a mobile phone, other technologies are also examined in this unique view of the UK market.  Tracking data exists from Wave 1 in early 2011.

Interviews are undertaken with the following groups:

  • 2,000 nationally representative adults
  • 500 contactless card owners
  • 250 owners of NFC-enabled mobile phones (rising to 500 over time)
